1. Introduction

Welcome to Agilinks! By enrolling in our SAFe training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register for our courses.

2. Course Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Our courses are open to professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in SAFe methodologies.

  • Registration: To enroll, participants must complete the registration form on our website and provide accurate, complete information.

  • Confirmation: Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email detailing the course schedule and other relevant information.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pay Before the End of First Day: Participants who want to trial the course can participate for free with no commitment for the 1st 2 hours of the training and are required to pay for their course in full to continue with their training. This policy ensures confidence and commitment to our training programs.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

  • Due Date: Payments must be completed within 24 hours after the first day of training.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant: Participants can cancel their registration up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. â€‹

  • No Show: In case of no show, refund will not be provided but training can be rescheduled  by paying £39  rescheduling cost.

  • Rescheduling: Training rescheduled 3 days or more of the training date will not incur any charges. Rescheduling the training in the last 72 hours will incur a cost of £99. Contact our support team at contact@agilinks.com to reschedule.

  • Cancellation by Agilinks: In the event that Agilinks cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

5. Course Changes

  • Rescheduling: Agilinks reserves the right to reschedule or change the course dates. Participants will be notified in advance and provided with alternative dates or a full refund.

  • Course Content: Agilinks may update or modify the course content to ensure the most current and effective training experience.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Course Materials: All course materials provided by Agilinks, including presentations, documents, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Agilinks and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Usage: Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, educational purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the materials is prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Professionalism: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the training.

  • Disruptive Behavior: Agilinks reserves the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior from the course without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Training Outcomes: While Agilinks aims to provide the highest quality training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or certifications as a result of attending our courses.

  • Liability: Agilinks will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our training courses.
